The company traditionally places its reinsurance program with top-tier international reinsurers, including:
Hannover Re, AXA XL, Swiss Re, Arch Re, Sirius, Polish Re, Active Re, and others.

Dispute Resolution Procedures:

Insurance complaints are accepted at the company’s registry office. Complaints received by regional offices are immediately forwarded by fax to the Central Office. All complaints are reviewed by the Executive Director and receive a written response.
