With Home Property and Secure Internet insurance, you can protect your real estate, movable property, pet (dog or cat), home internet network, and garage, if it has a separate title deed from the main building. Real estate includes dwellings (houses, apartments, studios, attics, maisonettes, villas).
Basements, attics, garages, and auxiliary buildings can be insured together with the dwelling only if they are listed in the title deed.
Insurance of movable property includes furniture, household and computer equipment (furniture, lighting fixtures, household appliances, smart devices such as automatic fire sprinklers, gas and water shut-off sensors, security systems, smart thermostats, etc.; air conditioners, fireplaces - dry, with water or air jacket, which do not need to be built in, household electronics) located at the address specified in the insurance contract.

The insurance takes effect after payment, or in the case of deferred payment, after receipt of the first installment.

No. Home contents insurance only applies to properties located in Bulgaria.

If you change your name or mailing address during the period when the insurance is active, you should contact a representative of ZK "LEV INS" AD and notify them of the changes.

In the event of an insured event, you must immediately notify the fire department and/or the police and other competent authorities, if necessary, and call 0800 15 333 or 0800 10 200 to report the event. Within 3 (three) business days, you must notify the nearest agency of ZK "LEV INS" AD in writing. It is important to preserve the damaged property for inspection by the insurer.

The deadline for notification of an event covered by the risk of Robbery and/or Burglary and theft committed using technical means is 24 hours from the time of discovery. Our assistance services are valid for Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Stara Zagora, Ruse, Veliko Tarnovo, Vratsa, Pleven, and Blagoevgrad, and within a 30 km radius of these cities.

The compensation shall be paid to the insured person (or the beneficiary under the contract) only by bank transfer to the bank account specified by the person.

The policy can be transferred to the new owner with an Addendum, keeping the agreed groups of insured property, the insured value/agreed limit, and the premium. This should happen within 7 days of the buyer getting the new notary deed.
