In the event of an insured event, you must contact the telephone numbers specified in the insurance policy within 24 hours and provide the insurance policy number, your full name, personal identification number, the term of the insurance policy, your location, and detailed information about the event.
Insurance is suitable for individual, family, or group travel. The names and personal identification numbers of the insured persons are required.

The insurance is valid worldwide, except for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
