Responsibilities
- Presents commercial offers to company clients as part of various sales campaigns;
- Responds to incoming inquiries from clients in the insurance sector;
- Introduces and consults clients on the benefits of different insurance products and services;
- Stimulates client interest by clearly highlighting product advantages;
- Conducts direct sales activities and contributes to increased customer satisfaction;
- Handles various customer inquiries related to products and services;
- Works with specialized software systems.
Requirements
- Good command of English is considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of insurance products and services will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer-oriented and open approach;
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve;
- Ability to adapt quickly and handle challenging situations.
