Responsibilities
- Actively develop and implement external and internal communication strategies to manage reputation, enhance engagement, and foster dialogue with stakeholders and media;
- Create diverse written content to support the company’s communication objectives;
- Organize press conferences, events, and information campaigns;
- Create and publish content on the company’s owned communication channels on a daily basis – social media pages, websites, and internal corporate emails;
- Develop media plans and tools in close collaboration with brand managers;
- Maintain relationships with PR agencies and key content partners and suppliers;
- Actively participate in building strategic communications, including image management and crisis communications;
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate content for both external and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment;
- Strong media relations skills and the ability to secure positive coverage through relevant content creation;
- Ability to analyze risks and manage them proactively through appropriate brand communications and corporate content (including risk architecture, strategy, and protocols);
- Good understanding of social media in the context of corporate communications and reputation management;
- Relevant university degree;
- Excellent command of English;
- Proactive mindset and strong team player attitude.
