Responsibilities
- Conduct planned and unplanned audit reviews of all departments and offices within the company’s structure;
- Provide an objective and independent assessment of internal audit evidence;
- Actively participate in analyses and initiatives related to improving and digitalizing internal processes in order to enhance and optimize employees’ work;
- Advise direct managers by providing recommendations, guidance, and training to improve risk management, the control environment, and process efficiency;
- Contribute to the successful implementation of key projects related to the company’s organizational and digital transformation.
Requirements
- Master's degree in economics;
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Valid driver’s license;
- Very good computer literacy – Excel, INSIS, Oracle Financial;
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Excellent organizational skills and results-oriented mindset.
