Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in managing the full project lifecycle – from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Assist in tracking project scope, timelines, risks, and changes.
- Prepare and update project documentation, schedules, and status reports
- Organize and coordinate meetings with project teams and stakeholders, including preparing meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
- Collect and summarize information on task progress and support the preparation of regular reports.
Requirements
- Experience in the insurance sector will be considered an advantage;
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar;
- Excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective task prioritization skills.
- University degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- English – B2 level, both written and spoken. A second language is considered an advantage
