Responsibilities
- Communicates directly with clients and counterparties;
- Receives documentation for opening motor claims files;
- Registers motor claims cases in the company’s systems;
- Collects and prepares the required documentation for claims processing;
- Prepares assessments of insurance compensation;
- Approves compensation payments up to a defined authorization limit;
- Issues work orders and authorization letters.
Requirements
- Technical education will be considered an advantage;
- Effective use of computer programs, including MS Office and specialized software;
- Ability to make prompt and accurate decisions;
- Strong skills in working with direct clients;
- Previous experience in an insurance company in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
