Responsibilities
- Communicates directly with clients and counterparties;
- Receive documents for the initiation of claims files.
- Register claims files.
- Conduct inspections and take photographs of damaged motor vehicles.
- Compile the necessary documentation for processing claims.
- Prepare compensation assessments.
- Approve compensation payments up to a specified limit.
Requirements
- Ability to make prompt and accurate decisions;
- Strong skills in working with direct clients;
- Previous experience in an insurance company in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
- Education – technical background is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in working with computer programs – MS Office and specialized software
