Responsibilities
- Works with information and documentation, ensuring their accurate collection and storage in compliance with company requirements;
- Registers the company’s personal recovery claims related to Motor Own Damage (CASCO) and Motor Third Party Liability insurance in the information system, against debtors from whom receivables are due in accordance with the Insurance Code;
- Prepares recovery notices for voluntary settlement addressed to debtors and monitors proper service of the documents;
- Communicates with debtors, negotiates installment repayment agreements, and monitors their correct execution;
- Tracks all received payments and records them in the company’s information system;
- Prepares reports on the status of personal recovery cases and collected receivables;
- Compiles and submits recovery claims subject to court proceedings to the Legal Department.
Requirements
- Very good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and consistency;
- Good knowledge of claims settlement procedures;
- Secondary education; higher education in the field of insurance will be considered an advantage;
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
