Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manages the full project lifecycle – from initiation, planning, and preparation through execution, monitoring, control, and closure;
  • Controls project scope, risks, dependencies, milestones, and change management, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders;
  • Oversees project budgets, resources, vendors, and partners;
  • Prepares project analyses and reports;
  • Collaborates with implementation, integration, technical support, customer management, and corporate governance teams to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Conducts post-project evaluations to identify achieved results, lessons learned, and areas for improvement;
  • Maintains clear and accurate project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • Higher education in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • English language proficiency at C1 level, both written and spoken; a second language will be considered an advantage;
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar;
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL will be considered an advantage;
  • Experience in preparing project documentation and managing project budgets;
  • Excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective task prioritization skills.
