We are looking for a results-oriented and responsible professional who wishes to contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of the Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities
- Develops the profile of the ideal candidate for the announced vacancy and selects the appropriate channel to attract them
- Prepares, coordinates, and publishes job advertisements.
- Reviews incoming applications and conducts initial screening of suitable candidates.
- Organizes and conducts interviews
- Actively participates in all other human resources management processes within the company.
- Manages communication with candidates in compliance with established corporate standards.
- Participates in the psychological testing of interviewed candidates.
- Presents summarized profiles of suitable candidates to direct managers and prepares a reasoned hiring recommendation.
- Prepares reports and analyses necessary to evaluate recruitment effectiveness
- Participates in the organization and conduct of career forums, exhibitions, and other initiatives aimed at attracting talented and successful employees.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills;
- University degree completed. A degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or additional qualifications in the HR field will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
