Responsibilities
- Performs all personnel administration activities related to the establishment, amendment, and termination of employment relationships;
- Responsible for maintaining employees’ personnel files and employment records;
- Prepares and maintains all documentation related to human resources administration;
- Processes payroll and prepares payroll statements;
- Enters and maintains up-to-date employee personal data in specialized HR administration software (Hermes);
- Prepares and submits, within statutory deadlines, the required information to relevant authorities, including the National Revenue Agency, National Social Security Institute, Labour Inspectorate, National Statistical Institute, and Employment Agency;
- Issues employment certificates, official statements, and other documents requested by employees.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in companies with more than 300 employees;
- Experience with HR administration software Hermes will be considered an advantage;
- Good knowledge of labour and social security legislation;
- Very good computer literacy and experience working with Excel.
