Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows) and standard software on servers, desktop, and laptop computers;
- Management and configuration of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls;
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on workstations, office devices, and network infrastructure;
- Providing remote and on-site user support when issues arise;
- Management of user accounts in Windows Active Directory and Microsoft 365;
- Participation in monitoring, diagnostics, and optimization of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN);
- Working with IT asset inventory systems, as well as information security audit tools;
- Maintaining technical documentation, including network topologies and diagrams;
- Collecting offers and purchasing new computer and network equipment.
Requirements
- Education in Information Technology or a related field;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in system administration and network support;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and computer hardware;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken;
- Experience in configuring and managing LAN/WAN networks, network security, and network troubleshooting;
- Knowledge of core network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN);
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Active Directory, and Exchange Server will be considered an advantage;
- Certifications in network administration such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ will be considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of VoIP technologies and network services will be considered an advantage.
