Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent and employee development programs;
- Manage and coordinate internal projects in partnership with universities;
- Organize the company’s participation in career forums and employer branding initiatives;
- Support processes related to employee engagement and retention;
- Collaborate closely with the management team on the strategic development of human capital;
- Organize and deliver training initiatives;
- Analyze data and prepare reports on the effectiveness of HR initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
- University degree (preferred in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration);
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, training, or project management;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
