Technical Administrative Assistant – BSO

Responsibilities

  • Processes BSO forms under strict accountability procedures;
  • Communicates with company employees via phone and email;
  • Organizes and ensures the accurate dispatch of BSO materials to the company’s various branches;
  • Provides support to ongoing operational and administrative processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of secondary education;
  • Very good technical and computer literacy, including work with MS Office and Internet-based tools;
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
