Upon the occurrence of an insured event, the Insured, personally or through his/her representative, shall immediately contact the Bulgarian Red Cross and the Mountain Rescue Service in order to take urgent measures for organizing and conducting a search and/or rescue operation.
Physically and mentally healthy persons up to 85 years of age are insured. Persons aged 70 to 85 years are insured at an increased insurance premium. The risk of "death due to accident" is not covered for incapacitated persons and persons under 14 years of age.
Insurance is suitable for individual, family, or group travel. The names and personal identification numbers of the insured persons are required.
The insurance premium is calculated based on the clauses included in the policy, the selected insurance amounts, the duration of the trip, and other circumstances relevant to the risk assessment.
