IC Lev Ins JSC is a leading insurance company in Bulgaria. It is a part of a financial group operating in the field of general insurance, life insurance, health insurance and secondary retirement provision. We are looking for an experienced, responsible and competent new colleague to join our team as Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Regular monitoring and control on development of the relevant market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to effectively penetrate new markets and industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative product and service offerings that meet customer demands.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of our company.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, identifying opportunities for business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships.
  • 2+ years of experience (preferably in Financial Services area), in particular knowledge of financial products and processes in B2B environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional performance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business administration, Economics, or other related field.
  • Very good written and spoken English + Intermediate at list one of the following languages Italian, Polish, Greek or Serbo-Croatian.
